How Our Competitors Courier Service Works
When you need a sensitive package or documents delivered quickly, you would call one of the many overnight services available. The driver normally comes to your home or office to pick up the “package”, put it in a truck, and move on to the next pick-up. This continues throughout the day until the driver"s route is completed and the driver has delivered all of the packages to the main sorting area. When the package is identified by the sorter as an overnight package it is routed to its proper zone, flown out (sometimes to its hub),delivered to its destination sorting area, put on another truck, and finally delivered to its destination.

After you contact my office, I will be dispatched to your business or other designated place. I will pick up your package and deliver itto your designated location. Whether across the street, across the country, or across the world - your package will never leave my line of sight for the entire duration of the delivery. Even when going through airport security, I will insist that the “package” be inspected in the my presence. When I arrive at the delivery destination, I will deliver the package only to the recipient that is on the Identification and Release Protocol (IRP) Form. I will maintain contact with the hiring authority providing updates of status and delivery.

We will notify you immediately via cell phone and continually update you with status reports if the package is delayed for any reason due to weather conditions, mechanical delays, airport security issues, or other “acts of nature” until the problem is corrected. What We Will NOT Deliver:
Anything that is hazardous, flammable, combustible, corrosive, or anything that is illegal, unlawful, or forbidden by any governing authority at the point of pick-up or delivery. We reserve the right to inspect all packages.

Our one-to-one, point-to-point courier service guarantees that your package will be where you want it to be. We will only be delivering your package, as we are working only for you. There are no intermediaries involved in the delivery process.
Can you deliver something the same day?
In many cases, yes we can. If we are given enough lead time, a package can be delivered the same day domestically or in as little as 24 hours internationally (depending on location).
What happens if one (or all) of the flights is delayed or cancelled?
Your package will be of the highest priority. In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, we will coordinate alternate means of delivery to make sure that your package will arrive at its destination on time. We will keep you informed regularly with status reports during the entire process until the situation is resolved.
How will my package be met when it arrives?
We will deliver and release the package at the specified location and only to the person designated on the Identification and Release (IRP) Form.
How Does the Identification and Release (IRP) Form Work?
The IRP form is a secure form that only We and our clients see. This proprietary information is necessary to insure the safe and secure delivery of the package to the proper people. For instance, if the people on the receiving end do not have information that matches the IRP form, we will not release that package until we can properly verify the information.
